It's your day. I'll help you keep it that way.
A wedding ceremony I officiated at Willis Tower's Skydeck Chicago
Are you in one or more of the following situations?
- Looking to have the "one-stop" wedding experience, and conveniently have your ceremony and reception at the same venue?
- Looking to tailor your ceremony so that it is as unique as you are?
- Tired of all the wedding hype and just want to keep it simple?
- Want spiritual or religious elements in your ceremony, but you're not an active member of a church?
- Want a non-religious but meaningful ceremony?
- Want a civil-type ceremony, but not at a courthouse?
- Involved in an interfaith relationship and want to represent both faiths in your ceremony?
- Looking to have your ceremony in a special, meaningful, or unusual place?
It's your ceremony.
Let's make your ceremony everything YOU want it to be, (and not what your crazy Aunt Ruth, or your judgmental Great Grammy, or your snooty-patooty cousins from out of town think it should be.) It's an honor to be able to offer couples an option between "the church" and "the courthouse," and my ceremonies are legally binding IF you have obtained a wedding license, (just like any church or courthouse ceremony.) Weddings, baptisms, and other spiritual ceremonies in churches and other designated places of worship are beautiful. But, for whatever reason, that may not be the best option for you and your event.
What I can offer you:
- EXPERIENCE - OVER 800 CEREMONIES PERFORMED
- Chicago and Chicagoland Wedding Minister and Officiant
- South Suburban Chicago Wedding Minister and Officiant
- Illinois, Indiana, or Michigan, or Midwest Wedding Minister and Officiant

- At-home baptisms, naming ceremonies, or baby blessings
- Ash-spreading ceremonies and memorial services

My belief- As an ordained interfaith minister, I believe:
- All spiritual belief systems, excluding the harmful, can hold truths that contribute to the overall understanding of humanity and to a common bond of unity.
- While we may be different in color and culture, it is crucial to honor and respect each other as unique and equal while we all strive to live and love, positively impacting society.
- An individual has a right to design his/her own spiritual truth and path.
- To validate a religious system with one's personal beliefs does not require the invalidation of all other systems (Alternate beliefs don't have to be "wrong" or "misguided.")
- Different denominations, despite some conflicting views, can coexist peacefully.
- Faith, religion, worship, spirituality, or whatever someone chooses to call it, should be: a) an open door through which anyone and everyone is welcome to walk and b) not a door through which anyone should be shoved through, dragged through, or manipulated to enter.
- If you are living your life in a way that genuinely tries to make the world a better place because you are in it, no matter how small your contributions, you are doing something right.
My credentials - I am an ordained interfaith minister and a Certified Wedding Minister (CWM) through the Ministerial Seminary of America, (or also known as the Peace of God Chapel) of Gaithersburg, MD.
